      You need to forward an application to the NAVPEN with a copy of the PPO, FIR registered with relevant Police Station, and copy of the Discharge Certificate. They will take up the case with CDA and issue a duplicate PPO

    Dear Sir,
    I am ex POSR-I, retired on 31 Aug 2010.
    My wife change her name and same updated in children school record. I visited Zila Sainik Board Rewari with documents like Gazette affidavit, Two original news papers copy where change of name published, Original pension book, photographs etc.
    But they are not agree to send the documents to record board / CABS for updation. After checking all documents now they asking for Gram Sarpanch affidavit , Tehsildar signed affidavit and saying first change all your documents to new name and after that visit again. Please advise me what i should do in this regard.

    sir,
    I am Ex CHEAR retired from navy in FEB 2000 after serving 16 years 1 month and 15 days.Post OROP my basic has been wrongly adjusted to RS 8753 in place of 10480.I have relentlessly pursued the matter with paying branch (bank of india ),their Zonal office and CPCC nagpur.so far things have not been set right.I have forwarded them all the necessary detail like original and Corrigendum PPO for reference.I have written letters to CABS,CDA navy and bank listing all other issues which needs to be looked into but so far I have not received any response from anywhere.Banks often complain about ignorance about latest circular and lack of training for doing their job.A copy of entitlements should
    be sent to all the pensioners in case of revision to help them take up their case with banks
    there are other issues with my pension like payment of arrears as per cir 547 and restoration of my commutation amount.I request you to kindly take up these issues with concerned authorities and request them for speedy solution.My particulars are as follows.

But I have received a letter from KSB that Aadhaar card details linked with bank to be forwarded to KSB for payments. Sir the Aadhaar Cards systems has not been started in Assam till date.     Dear Sir, This is regarding commuting of children of exservicemen to school. Though army buses ply on the routes and the staff do help but officially it is not allows and passes cannot be made. Request you to take up this with the TPTU Oic at ballygunge, KOLKATA or refer so that this can be taken up with them. Certainly this shall be taken as a privilege and not as right. As an exservicemen hope we can get this privelege.

        Dear Sir, I Vinoth Kumar M, Ex Po, 115179Y uploaded all required documents as per the advice of ZSB/DSSAB, Theni and the hard copy submitted was rejceted. They informed us that ZSB only accept the applications for the wards of ESMs those have mark systems (followed by the state boards) however they are awaiting a clearance from KSB to accept the grade systems (followed by CBSE). As CBSE schools only follow the grade system as per the board policy the marks are not available. I request you to take up the case with KSB for inclusion of the CBSE pattern of grade systems for this grant.

    Respected sir
    I am Ex MERA II, released from Service on 28 Feb 2015. I started drawing my pension from SBI, Naval Base Branch, Visakhapatnam under CPPC Hyderabad.

    However, later I shifted my pension to SBI branch at Patna, under CPPC Patna, and it is regularized now. I am receiving my pension regularly in my branch.

    My query is that do i need to intimate NAVPEN separately for this change from my side, or they will come to know automatically through Bank. If it is required to be intimated to NAVPEN, can my intimation to them through email would be sufficient?

    Kindly provide present email and Postal address of NAVPEN, as applicable.

    Dear Sir,

    OM of Ministry of Pension & grievences vide their letter dated 5 apr 2010 states that for fixing the pay of person (ex servicemen) retired before 2006 he should be considered as if he has retired after 1-1-2006 with corresponding grade pay in the pay band. But it does not specify pay fixation of ex servicemen who is reemployed in State Govts. So may I know the same OM is effective for ex servicemen reemployed in state govts or is there any other OMs in this regard.

    I am Ex.Chmech(R) Bishram Rai, no: 140796-T retired from Indian Navy on 31.10.92. My PPO No: 09/07/B/S/01301/1992. Having gone through e letter I came to know that pensioner who were not member of ECHS prior to 01.04.2003 will get med.allowance Rs 500.
    Kindly clarify reading this and guide me accordingly. For your information I am not ECHS member. After retirement from Navy I worked in textile from may 94 to Dec 2012, there after I have not taken any job.

    Sir i know that the disability pension according to circular 555 for 20 % is RS 1250 with effect from 01.07.2014 for Y GROUP RANK CPO but sir i want the disability pension according to circular 542 with effect from 23.09.2012 for Y group of CPO RANK FOR NORMAL DISABILITY PENSION Because bank is saying it is 953 but from my point of view it’s Rs 1000 for group Y & Rs 953 for Z group of same Rank-CPO. Please clarify this with mentioning the amount

Till date i have not received One Rank One Pension arrear as well as revised pension as per OROP from Central Bank Of India,Branch- Bilthara Road, Ballia (UP). Many emails i have written to GM-CPPC-Mumbay, Branch Manager, Zonal Manager ,Regional Manager ,Chairman and other official of Central Bank of India as well as Naval Pension Office-Mumbai & CDA Navy -Mumbay. I have also attached all relevant documents with Emails.. But sorry to say that i didn’t get any reply nor any action from them.

    Please Suggest / guide me /help me regarding this matters how to proceed further and what next core of action should be taken. Kindly take necessary action at your earliest.

      If you have given a written declaration to RRB prior joining that you have applied for IBPS clerks examination under Ex-servicemen category then only You can join PNB under Ex-servicemen category.

    ZILA SAINIK BOARD MAKES ENTRY IN DISCHARGE BOOK ON FOLLOWING
    1. ISSUE OF EXSM I-CARD – 01 Time
    2. REFRIGERATOR (FRIDGE) – Every Purchase
    3. TELIVISION – Every Purchase
    4. AIR CONDITIONER – Every 2 Years
    5. M/CYCLE , SCOOTER – Every 3 Years
    6. CAR – 01 Time
    7. Etc. (So many items) – As required by individual

    DISCHARGE BOOK IS ONE TIME ISSUED DOCUMENT OF EX-SERVICEMEN & FULL SERVICE RECORD ENTRY,

    ALSO REQUIRED FOR RE EMPLOYMENT (If i present my Discharge Book with overwriting “Negative Impression Occurs” It should be in presentable condition without overwriting.

    THERE IS NO EXTRA PAGE IN DISCHARGE BOOK FOR MAKING ABOVE ENTRIES & SPOILS THE ENTRY WHICH IS ALREADY IN THE BOOK.

    IT IS THEREFORE REQUESTED THAT INSTRUCTIONS MAY BE ISSUED TO ZILA SAINIK BOARD “NOT TO WRITE IN DISCHARGE BOOK” AND
    FOLLOWING OPTION MAY BE APPROVED

Whenever I contact GB section, CABS, they either tell me that action is being taken or ask me to send fresh application. I asked the record vide office letters no. EDN-GCD-PAY-2015-2627 DT.31 July 2015,EDN-GCD-PAY-2015-9412 DT.15 Dec 2015 and EDN-GCD-ESST-2016-55 DT 07 Apr 2016.
    If you could address this issue I shall be very thankful to you.

    Facing Problem in purchasing of car through Lucknow CSD, on 4 April 16 ( second working day of canteen) visited canteen but got a waitlist number to come to canteen for purchase of car in Feb 17, given local recipt without stamp dated 06 Apr 16 & wrote my name in list of visiters of 06 Apr whereas i visited on 04 Apr 16. On enquiry come to know only 04 car/ month for OR’s. Please advice on issue.

    Dear sir.
    I ex naval person. I want to know if canteen smart card/ ECHS card was lost due to mishandling .then what is the requirements to go for FIR and all it is lengthy process. Bcs cards r having pin no. If it is blocked like ATM then no body perches any thing from that card. Then canteen will issue new card with taking fine/ maintenance charges.
    I request u kindly discuss this issue at board meeting to eas y the process.

    RESPECTED SIR, I P PRASHANTH RETIRED FRO NAVY ON 31 JUL 2013 WITH INITIAL ENGAGEMENT OF 10 YEARS WITHOUT PENSION.
    I APPLIED IN DEPT OF ATOMIC ENERGY FOR THE POST OF CATEGORY I TRAINEE (MECHANICAL). IN THE ADVT IT IS MENTIONED THAT THE AGE RELAXATION WILL BE PROVIDED TO EX SERVICEMEN AS PER THE RULES AND 10% VACANCIES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EXSERVICEMEN. .BUT MY APPLICATION WAS REJECTED FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATIO THEN I EMAILED TO PERSONNEL DEPTREGARDING THE ABOVE MATTER BIT I DID NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM THE DEPT THEN I FILED AN RTI REGARDING THIS ISSUE SEEKING THE INFORMATION FOR REJECTION OF MY APPLICATION .
    I GOT REPLY FROM DAE THAT THE ABOVE CATEGORY 1 TRAINEE IS NOT A POST . THE TRAINEE IS APPOINTED AS PER THE SCHEME FORMULATED BY DEPT OF ATOMIC ENERGY FOR RECRUITING YOUNG ELIGIBLE CACDIDATES FOR IMPARTING SPECIFIC TRAINING SUITING THE RECUIREMENTS OF ITS UNITS.SO THE SCHEME DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR AGE RALAXATION TO EXSERVICEMEN.
    I HAVE CERTAIN DOUBTS FOR REJECTION OF MY APPLICATION AS MENTIONED BELOW
    (A) I HAD EMAILED TO NFC FOR CLARIFICATION THE ORGANISATION HAS NOT RESPONDED ALSO
    NOT ISSUED CORRIGENDUM BEFORE EXAMINATION THERE IS NO AGE RELAXATION FOR EX SERVICEMEN .

    Dear sir, I am an Indian Naval reservist 10+10years. I have read through Rakshamantri expert committee recommendation on reservist pension. As the Supreme Court approved for 9+6 reservist from Airforce for reservist pension. The committee strongly come up and aligned to Defence Minister reservist 9+6 of Airforce and 10+10 of Navy for reservist pension implementation and withdrawal on all appeal. If you could update on this I shall be thankful.

    Dear sir, I am ex MCERA retired from navy 30 Oct 2001 & my last basic pay was 7510 in pay scale of 6750-190-9000+. Year 2010 i have joined in sSate Govt Job in Karnataka. I would like to know what is the pay scale after 1-1-2006 for my above pay scale, where officially i will get the pay structure of post 6th pay commission. OM of Ministry of Pension & grievences vide their letter dated 5 apr 2010 stated for fixing the pay of person retired before 2006 he should be considered as if he has retired after 1-1-2006 with corresponding grade pay in the pay band. So please provide the equivalent table for me.I came to know this letter recently. I
