    Dear Sir,

    I am an Ex CHEL(R) & I also had similar problems on Grade Clarification. NAVPEN Office have responded to me request. Now the PDA/ Bank (CPPC) have executed needful action.

    To remind all, we have to write a letter to NAVPEN and preferably send through INDIA POST services.

    I am veteran & personally visited on 1st March to PNB branch (Ulhasnaagar4 Dist Thane MH) where is my pension account but unfortunately all pension department was on leave, informed me to visit later, what a disgusting attitudes of PNB?
    Mostly my batchmates received orop arrears till today still I am expecting prompt service from PNB. Jai hind.

    I am an EX-Navy Petty officer & getting pension in SBI , As per order new increased pension should remitted in A/C w.e.f 29 Feb 16 but i received old one
