Gainful Employment of Skill Sets of Veterans

Dear Veterans,

We are in the process of consolidating inputs towards the following issues:-

(a)   Gainful employment of skill sets of ESMs for their engagement in Govt /  PSU / Corporate sectors particularly to support skill development measures as envisaged by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship .

(b)    Problem areas / issues related to resettlement of ESMs.

(c)   Suggestive measures to overcome issues highlighted above.

Veterans are requested to forward their comments / suggestions by email to desa-navy@nic.in by 27 Mar 15.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO FORWARD ONLY MACRO ISSUES / SUGGESTIVE MEASURES. PERSONAL CASES WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED.

    Dear Sir, Good Evening, At least 35 ESM from INDIAN NAVY joined ONGC LTD MUMBAI in Security fields and still serving in the organisation since last two years our term of engagement is only for four year the company has given. Sir we do not know after completion of our present engagement company will renew our contract or not . we all approaches the  Recognised Union and  higher authority  for our permanent  in the company on base of ex servicemen. Because after engaging in company we are always afraid that after four year we will remain in the company or not . Sir i wanted to know that any favourable help can be done from your level than guide us. ONGC is a Govt Organisation that is there any Quota reserved for ESM or not. It is my personnel approach for good guidence from you if any thing please guide us by Mail we will follow sir.
